Lura-Margaret (“Lu”) Frith is a second-generation Real Estate Agent serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area with a relationship-first approach rooted in integrity, personalized care, and excellence. Originally hailing from Louisiana, Lu brings her Southern charm and genuine warmth to every client she serves. She has proudly called DFW home since 2006 as she was drawn to its vast opportunities and the diverse communities that make it such a special place to live.

Lu is passionate about helping people navigate life’s big transitions— not just with impressive expertise, but with heart. Known for her clear communication, steady presence, and thoughtful guidance, she creates an experience that feels supportive, seamless, and personal from start to finish. She approaches each relationship with authenticity and intentionality, always striving to exceed expectations. It’s why so many of her clients become friends— and why those friends keep coming back.

With a front-row seat to her Mother’s successful Real Estate career for 14 years, Lu developed a strong foundation that still shapes how she serves her clients today. Prior to her own career in Real Estate, Lu had extensive experience as an Account Executive and business owner, which greatly sharpened her skills in negotiation and problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. She is a strong advocate for her clients— someone who knows how to get results while keeping their best interests at the center of every decision.

Outside of Real Estate, Lu is a devoted wife to Garrett and a proud Mom to Hayes and Lorelei. When she’s not working with clients, or "Mom'ing really hard" (as she says), you’ll likely find her training for a triathlon, volunteering at church, staging homes, or on the hunt for the best chicken strips in DFW!
