Lynda Ballin

Born in Durban, South Africa Lynda and her family moved to the United States in 1998 and purchased their first home in Pebble Beach, California. They made the Monterey Peninsula their home!! Her life experiences here and abroad give Lynda a global perspective and allow her to work well with clients from around the world. 

Lynda's interest in luxury real estate was first ignited after taking courses in interior design. She designed and managed a major remodel of their home, further igniting her passion for the luxury real estate market. This training, combined with her degree in Education and Psychology, equips her with exceptional expertise in offering her clients design and décor ideas. Her ability to understand the needs of her clients and to form positive relationships with them is integral to her success. She possesses exceptional attention to detail, communication, and negotiating strengths, which placed her in the top 20% of production after she began her career in 2005.
