Lynda brings a unique perspective to relocation to the New York area. As a native New Mexican who lived in Tokyo and Melbourne, Australia for 10 years, Lynda understands the ins and outs of resettling a family. Before working in real estate, Lynda was a copywriter for an instructional design firm and worked as a researcher for several governmental organizations. As a result, she is very attentive to detail, produces results quickly, and adapts seamlessly to changing circumstances or environment. Because she enjoys being challenged, meeting new people, and exploring Westchester and beyond, a pivot to real estate was a perfect fit. She is thrilled to be part of The Kim Arenas Team, a team that prides itself on integrity, attention to detail, and open communication. This level of service has made the team the #1 team in Rye City School District in sales volume and the #10 team in all of Westchester County for 2023.
Lynda enjoys being active in her community and serves in the Pelham Junior League, her church in Bronxville, and her children’s PTAs. She enjoys keeping busy with her family hiking Westchester’s many trails or exploring NYC’s fun neighborhoods. Given the opportunity, she’d choose a coffee, a good book and a cuddle with her dog.
