About Lynda
Lynda Kahn brings a broad set of skills and talents to her position at COMPASS.
Her expertise in modern architecture and art – coupled with her understanding of Mid Century and Modern design – uniquely position her as an agent in the Los Angeles and New York luxury real estate markets.
Previously, Lynda co-founded bi-coastal TWINART Inc., an EMMY award winning Branding + Design Agency, focusing on the Entertainment Industry. Her experience in multi - platform marketing dovetails perfectly with the innovative approach needed for marketing high-end real estate on a global scale.
Her past position as a Governor for The Television Academy has taken her outside the studio and into a leadership role within the profession, allowing for the development of significant relationships within the entertainment and design community at large.
As a realtor her network is constantly expanding, Lynda is known for her discretion, affability, negotiating skills, team management and the hands-on approach she takes with every one of her clients.
Prior to joining Compass, Lynda refined her real estate craft at The Agency, with notable sales of the Lloyd Wright, John L. Mace house and the Lorcan O’Herlihy BOX at Habitat 825, 2006 AIA National Housing Award Recipient.
