Lyndsey Spiczka

With more than 25 years of experience on the mother and daughter Spiczka Homes team, Lyndsey Spiczka brings a rare combination of family-rooted values, deep market knowledge, and a client-first approach to The Lakes Team at Compass. Growing up in a family-owned real estate business shaped her commitment to honesty, integrity, and treating every client with the same care her team has extended for generations. She understands the complexity of a real estate transaction and focuses on making the process clearer, smoother, and more supported from start to finish.

Lyndsey holds a business degree from the Carlson School of Management and a master’s degree from the United Nations–mandated University for Peace. This academic foundation strengthens the analytical and strategic perspective she brings to advising clients across changing markets.

Her experience includes residential, multi-family, commercial, investment, and second-home properties, along with first-time home buyers, relocation clients, new construction, and short sale negotiation. She is e-Pro and GREEN certified and is a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, serving vacation-home clients in the Brainerd Lakes Area and select South Florida markets.

Clients value her clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and ability to break down complex decisions into straightforward next steps. Her goal is to ensure every client feels informed, cared for, and confident throughout their buying or selling journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys Minnesota’s lakes, hiking and biking regional trails, and the Minneapolis music scene.
