Lynn Robinson

After earning my Realtor® License in Delaware, I entered the real estate world to explore my passion for homes, rental investments, and property management. Currently, I work as an agent for COMPASS RE in the New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties, where I focused on sales, listings, and monitoring the real estate market in Delaware.

I am a mother of three children and have raised my children in this great state of Delaware and have over 20 years of civic engagement.

I am a homeowner in two counties, and I serve all three counties within the Delaware real estate market. I have a passion for working with clients who need to relocate or downsize and work them through the process from home to home.

First-time buyers are another favorite of mine as I consider them just like one of my own, helping the buyer to understand all the steps in the home-buying process.

I have a background in investment properties, as I have my own and enjoy working with tenants. This work has led me to my current role at CPTM Properties, where I am responsible for property management, future investment portfolios and occupancy. Some of my current projects include working with buyers looking into long and short-term investments within the New Castle County area.

For most people, purchasing and selling real estate can be very stressful. For me, it is a passion I've been chasing since the purchase of my first home. Purchasing real estate is a big decision that I take seriously and love to talk about. In all walks of life, it can be one of the biggest decisions you make, and it is my job as a Realtor to walk you through and get answers for the questions you may have.

While you invest in real estate, I invest my time in the entire real estate transaction with you hand-in-hand. What I love most is bringing someone to the closing table and seeing the fruition of a dream to own, sell, or invest and have one more friend going forward.
