Charity

Lynn is passionate about affordable housing solutions. A portion of every transaction she closes goes to the Dream Streets Housing Fund, supporting local affordable housing efforts. Dream Streets is a local non-profit serving under-resourced families in West and North Nashville, with a focus on protecting and empowering individuals living in distress. Additionally Lynn serves as a program mentor for the Housing Fund.

Lynn also serves as a member of the American Red Cross board of directors in Nashville, on the biomedical committee.
About Lynn

Originally from Kentucky, Lynn spent summer nights in Nashville during college, visiting friends and checking out lots of live music. She fell in love with the city and moved here in 2007. Since making Nashville her home, she has become actively involved in her community, and you can often find her spending time at her favorite local non-profit, Dream Streets.

Lynn combines her passion for real estate and her background in management and non-profit to think on her feet and problem-solve quickly. She values providing an outstanding experience for each person, tailored to their specific real estate needs. Additionally, Lynn is invested as an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She currently serves on the Housing Opportunities and Affordability Committee, is the Vice Chair for the Young Professionals Network Council, and is a recent Leadership Academy graduate.

When she’s not selling homes, Lynn can be found perfecting funny voices with her kids and spending time with her husband. She also enjoys water skiing in the summertime, reading a great book, and listening to true crime podcasts.
