Lynne Somerville

Lynne was born and raised in Darien, CT and has been selling real estate full time in lower Fairfield County since 2008.

Whether working with first time or experienced buyers and sellers, Lynne is able to adapt to each client’s needs and expectations. She is extremely detail oriented and puts her clients at ease by always going the extra mile to have a smooth transaction. Listening to her client’s and being a natural communicator is top priority. Lynne’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She earns the respect of clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice and following through.

Lynne understands that buying, selling and moving can be very stressful as she has been transferred from Manhattan to Boston to Connecticut. Known to be a great resource for her clients by helping them find schools, pediatricians or painters…well after closing.

Lynne has a long history in sales and negotiating. Prior to being a Realtor, she was in both software and advertising sales Her career started off as a reporter for Fortune Magazine in Manhattan.

Lynne and her husband Scott are raising their two children, Doug and Mimi in Darien They are actively involved in the community and have a new puppy, Russell. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking for family and friends and spending time on the water.
