Lyra Morrison

Lyra is an Atlanta native who grew up in the Poncey Highlands neighborhood, and graduated from Grady High School (now Midtown Highschool) in 2011, and Emory University in 2015 with a degree in History and Education. She now resides in historic Inman Park, where she shares a home with a small, but ever growing, menagerie of rescue animals.

Prior to pursuing a career as a Realtor®, Lyra spent five years teaching at the High School level. While she is no longer in the classroom, her love of education persists, and she enjoys educating first time buyers and sellers about the home buying process, and always aims to help clients make informed decisions.

After three decades in Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods, Lyra is well versed in each neighborhood’s unique charms and has a particular passion for Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods and homes. She loves using this knowledge to help new Atlanta residents find the perfect place to start their life in her home city.

When she’s not at work, Lyra loves exploring her passion for interior design, hunting down new vintage and antique pieces for her home, fostering and volunteering with animals, and staying active by walking, hiking, and taking regular fitness classes.
