Terri brings over 38 years experience to the table. She specializes in Residential, Multi-family, Land Development, Coastal and Waterfront Property in both WA & OR.

Terri is committed to providing outstanding service and value to buyers and sellers and has built a reputation for her savvy negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting edge marketing strategies.

She is a Managing Broker in WA and a Principle Broker in OR. She was invited to join Compass in 2022 and decided to join them. She holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist Designation), Certified Relocation Specialist, ELP (Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider) and joins the top 1% of all Brokers across the country at Compass.

Over the past four years she managed the Top Century 21 Office in the state of Washington. Her Office obtained the coveted and well deserved C21 Centurion Award, she personally obtained the C21 Diamond, Emerald and Ruby Award for her personal production over the past 10 years.
