Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Macy moved to Nashville after graduating from Indiana University and quickly fell in love with the city’s energy, welcoming community, and continued growth. Having experienced a move to Nashville firsthand, she understands the excitement, uncertainty, and opportunity that come with finding your place in a new city. That experience sparked her passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest transitions and feel at home in Middle Tennessee.
Before entering residential real estate, Macy built a career in marketing and project management, working alongside development and construction teams on large-scale projects. That experience sharpened her skills in communication, organization, and strategic planning while also giving her a strong appreciation for new construction and the vision that brings a home to life.
As an Operations Coordinator with The Pargh Team at Compass, Macy has developed a unique understanding of the Nashville market and the many moving pieces that create a successful real estate experience. She believes real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it’s about helping people find the right place for their next chapter.
