Hi, I’m Madalyn Wilkins! Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of helping families and individuals across Greater Nashville find their perfect place to call home. I specialize in working with first-time buyers and families relocating to our amazing city, and I treat every client’s purchase as if it were my own.
As a longtime Nashville-area expert, I guide my clients through every step of the process—from understanding neighborhoods and school zones to navigating contracts, inspections, and negotiations—so they can make confident, informed decisions. Originally from Lake Jackson, Texas, I earned my degree in Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama—an experience that shaped my people-first mindset and commitment to providing a seamless, high-level experience for every client.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me at home with my husband, Johnny, and our two boys, who keep life busy, loud, and full of laughter. Being a mom has given me an even deeper appreciation for finding homes that truly fit a family’s lifestyle—not just today, but for years to come.
