Maddi’s home obsession, passion for helping others, ambitious personality, and love of Colorado attracted her to the real estate world in 2017. Over the years Maddi has become highly regarded in the industry, exceeding the expectations of her clients and peers with her driven and energetic personality. During her five years at Coldwell Banker, Maddi was identified as an International Sterling Society Member, representing the top 15% of agents in the entire company. In 2020, she received a national 30 Under 30 recognition, an award given to thirty individuals under the age of thirty who have achieved success in sales, philanthropy and leadership within the industry. In 2022, Maddi made the move to The Monarch Group at Compass because of their culture, resources, and high-level marketing.

Maddi is a Colorado native, born and raised in Lakewood. A dedicated athlete with a dream of playing in college, she focused on her sports and studies. After graduating high school in 2012, Maddi chased her dreams of being a collegiate athlete to Missouri where she was the captain of the Lindenwood University Lacrosse Program, making an NCAA Final Four Appearance three of her four years. Upon graduating with a BA in Sports Management, Maddi headed back home with a new appreciation for the mountains, the city of Denver, and Colorado in its entirety. Maddi planted roots in the city she was raised, purchasing a house of her own with her husband, Andrew, in 2019. When she isn’t helping clients, you can find Maddi spending quality time with friends, family, Andrew, and her sweet pups, Monte & Bear. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, home renovations, and spending time outside.
