Maddie grew up on construction sites beside her father, an independent contractor focused on interior and exterior cosmetic services for historical sites. He taught her the importance of materials, details and getting the job done right the first time. Those experiences instilled in Maddie an interest in interior design and architecture that solidify her real estate career today. During college, she worked alongside her aunt, a well-known realtor in Maddie's hometown of Cincinnati. When an opportunity arose, Maddie tried her hand at commercial real estate in Los Angeles with CBRE. In her leasing agent role, she was responsible for selling out more than 1.6 million square feet of office space in El Segundo's PCT Towers.

In 2019, Maddie tapped into PR and Marketing. A client brought her to New York City, and she realized instantly she had to stay. Even during the height of the pandemic, she was impressed by New York's resilience and optimistic that the city would be back. Today, Maddie works alongside her sister Meredith, combining her dynamic marketing, public relations and real estate skills in service of commercial and residential clients. On the commercial side, she excels at branding and visualizing what the business needs. In residential, Maddie is known for her attention to detail and conscientiousness. She has high expectations of what her clients deserve.

Maddie lives in Downtown Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. She's deeply involved in the Make-A-Wish foundation. Being a Wish Kid herself, she believes in giving back and making children's wishes come true. In her free time, you'll always find Maddie surrounded by her large family and friends, cooking and hosting, enjoying a workout class or a run around the city with her sister.
