Native Houstonian Madi Barbles brings eight years of real estate experience — spanning both commercial and residential — and a deep, well-rounded knowledge of the Houston market to every client relationship. A proficient communicator, sharp listener, and highly organized agent, Madi began her career in commercial real estate — working on local developments and landlord representation — before transitioning to residential sales in 2021. That commercial background gave her a level of market insight and negotiating discipline that continues to set her apart on the residential side. Madi has been recognized as a Top Producer for two consecutive years, a reflection of her dedication to client service and consistent sales achievements. She works with buyers and sellers throughout Houston, bringing a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. Madi grew up in the Memorial area, attending Bunker Hill Elementary, Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School. That lifelong familiarity with the area's schools has become a natural extension of her business — she enjoys helping clients navigate which schools and neighborhoods best fit their families' needs. She earned a degree in Finance from Texas Christian University, where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Madi and her husband, Richard, live in Piney Point Village with their three children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing tennis.
