Madison Carter

Madison Carter brings a unique blend of design, construction, and business development experience to Austin real estate. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, Madison studied Interior Architecture before beginning her career in the commercial design world.

Her professional journey has taken her through commercial interiors, furniture, construction, and business development—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the spaces we live and work in, from initial design concepts to the finished product. Her lifelong passion for architecture, interiors, and the built environment naturally led her to residential real estate, where she is excited to help clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions.

Originally from Houston, Madison has called Austin home for the past decade. While Austin initially brought her here for college, it quickly became much more than that. With most of her family calling Austin home, Madison has developed deep roots and a strong appreciation for the community, neighborhoods, architecture, and lifestyle that make the city so special.

Family has always been at the center of Madison's life, making her transition into real estate feel especially meaningful. She is thrilled to be joining her mother-in-law, Beth Carter, and the Carter + Picone Group at Compass. Madison is excited to learn from and work alongside a team with deep roots in Austin real estate while bringing her own unique background and perspective to her clients.

With a trained eye for design, experience in construction, and a genuine passion for people and homes, Madison is dedicated to helping clients see the full potential in a property and find a place that truly feels like home. Whether buying, selling, building, or simply exploring what's possible, she hopes to be a trusted resource through every stage of the journey.

Outside of real estate, Madison loves cooking and entertaining, staying active, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. From camping and exploring the Hill Country to trying new restaurants, traveling, or chasing her next adventure, she enjoys making the most of time spent with family and friends.

Madison is excited to begin this new chapter with the Carter + Picone Group and looks forward to building lasting relationships while helping others find their place to call home.
