Madison Miyashiro was born and raised on O‘ahu and is a proud graduate of Maryknoll High School. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Washington Bothell. Before launching her real estate career, she gained valuable experience in retail at Nordstrom and Bath & Body Works. She also enjoys giving back to her community and volunteers with the Hawai‘i Okinawan Association in various capacities.
Madison began her real estate journey in 2021 as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant for the KJ Real Estate Team at Compass. In this role, she managed newsletters, postcards, social media, and special projects such as client appreciation events, holiday photoshoots, and Thanksgiving pie deliveries. She also helped refine business operations, track team performance, and ensure listings were marketed effectively through staging and branding strategies.
At the same time, Madison worked as a Project Assistant at Kuilei Place, where she played a key role in organizing unit selection logistics for nearly 1,000 applicants, managing the lottery process, creating marketing materials aligned with project branding, and coordinating sales events. She successfully sold four homes, including her own, and discovered a passion for helping others achieve homeownership in Hawai‘i, where affordability remains a challenge.
Through these valuable experiences, Madison has developed a deep appreciation for both the creative and logistical sides of real estate. She thrives in organizing client events, marketing agents and properties, and implementing systems to streamline the real estate process. Her exposure to both new construction and general real estate has provided her with a strong foundation in the industry. Now, she is excited to take the next step in her career as a Sales Agent on the Kahuina Sales Team. She looks forward to applying her skills and passion to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.
