Being a licensed agent for more than 11 years, you may assume real estate is my whole life. It’s definitely a huge part, but there’s a lot more to me than selling homes in sunny Florida!

Don’t get me wrong. I love how real estate brings something new every day, and I get to help people find their dream homes. I’ve been a top producer since I got my license in 2014, and it really is an amazing career! But for now, I want to share a little bit about the person behind the For Sale sign.

Hi, I’m Madison Wells!

My lifestyle is pretty active. I love being outdoors, especially on the boat. We live in such a beautiful area I have to get out and enjoy it! I do a lot working out in my free time; pilates and meditation are my favorite ways to refocus and build strength. Living a plant-based life is also super important to me. I want to make sure I’m at my best to keep up with my little girl and pups! I’m also a huge sports lover and enjoy cheering on my favorite teams The Tampa Bay Rays and Florida Gators !

Learning new things has always been a passion of mine, which is a huge asset as a realtor. I am always staying up to date on contracts, marketing, social media tactics, and more! Taking courses and advancing my knowledge in the field is fun for me, but it also helps me best serve my clients.

I love everything that goes into listing and selling a home. From marketing, to home prepping, and getting to know the wonderful people I’m working with throughout the process; it’s all an exciting experience for me!
