Madissen Hess

I have three years of experience selling in the 680 corridor, alongside my partner and mom, Jeanie. Having watched her career in real estate throughout my life, it inspired me to join her and her mission of finding people a house which they can build into their home. Our home has always been the place where my friends & family come together & I want to help others find a place to call home where all of their best memories will take place, just as my home has done for me. Jeanie has years of experience but as the newest member of the Hess Team, I bring with me a fresh perspective on the real estate business.

Having grown up in the East Bay, I have the knowledge of the value of what each neighborhood brings. As a Carondelet alumni, I have had the opportunity to get to know many of the towns along 680 & what makes each one special. This area is truly a place of community & that has been shown time & time again to me throughout my life here.

As a Cal Poly SLO graduate with a degree in Graphic Communication I bring skills in both marketing & design. I design all of our flyers, postcards, & printed collateral, as well as, running our social channels on Instagram & Facebook. With over 2 years of experience staging homes all across the Bay Area I have the knowledge of what home buyers are looking for when viewing your home! Whether it is a few tweaks to your current interior design or a total refresh, I know what is needed to make your home the most attractive to potential buyers.
