Madissen Hess

I’ve spent the last six years helping clients buy and sell homes along the 680 corridor, working alongside my business partner—and mom—Jeanie. Watching her build a successful career in real estate inspired me to join her in helping people find more than just a house—our mission is to help clients find a place they can truly call home. Growing up, our home was always the heart of gatherings, full of laughter, love, and lasting memories. That’s the feeling I want to help others find in their own space.

As a lifelong East Bay resident and Carondelet alumna, I have a deep appreciation for the unique character of each neighborhood in our area. I’ve seen firsthand how this community supports one another and creates meaningful connections—and I love being part of that.

I’m also a proud graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I earned my degree in Graphic Communication. I bring a modern approach to the Hess Team, leading all of our design and marketing efforts—including flyers, postcards, print collateral, and managing our social media on Instagram and Facebook. In addition, with over two years of experience staging homes throughout the Bay Area, I know what today’s buyers are looking for. From subtle styling updates to full refreshes, I can help present your home in the best light to maximize its potential.
