Magda Rodriguez

As a seasoned broker, Magda’s 30+ years of experience in Westside real estate gives her an unparalleled awareness of the market. Her knowledge of Westside communities and area schools is extensive. Magda was born in Santa Monica, grew up in Brentwood, attended high school in Pacific Palisades and went to college at Pepperdine in Malibu, graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in art history, with an emphasis in architecture.

Early in her real estate career she worked with California homebuilders. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Watt Luxury Housing, Magda’s responsibilities included the development and implementation of sales programs, marketing and advertising for over 2,000 homes in subdivisions of single-family homes, luxury condominiums and custom estates. More recently, she has been involved in all phases of sales, marketing and development for a luxury 8-unit townhome community located in Santa Monica.

Magda is currently focusing on residential sales throughout Los Angeles with an emphasis on the neighborhoods of Santa Monica, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. She works almost exclusively on a referral basis and combines a passion for research and a keen eye for detail along with a commitment and dedication to accuracy and confidentiality in every client interaction. The best part of her workday is getting to know each client by listening to their needs, working and negotiating on their behalf, and exceeding their expectations.
