She is a founding member of the United Way Short Hills Chapter of Women in Leadership and the Cultural Engagement Diversity and Arts Committee in Millburn.

She was born and raised in South Orange, New Jersey, lived in neighboring Maplewood for ten years, and has called Short Hills home for the last 22 years. She is happily married to her husband, Michael, and is the loving mother of her two children, Danny and Lizzy. She is an avid dog lover and adores her rescue dog, Leesey. In her free time, she likes to complete the NY Times crossword puzzle, win at Bridge, and read leadership books.
