" Almost exactly 5 years ago, Maggie helped us buy our very first home. Now, here we are, in the midst of a pandemic, and she's helped us sell that first home (with a profit!) and purchase our forever home - closing both escrows on the same day! I truly believe that her sensitive guidance during the bidding process is what got us the new house. We were NOT the highest bidders and probably the only ones that requested a 60 day escrow, but Maggie advised us to communicate to the sellers in letters our heartfelt feelings and hopes for this house and what it would mean for us to get it. After narrowing down a short list from Yelp we did in person interviews with agents. Maggie blew us away from the moment we met her. "We found out we were being relocated to the area and quickly found Maggie (and her wonderful staff) here on yelp to help us find a home in the South Bay area. Right from the beginning Maggie spent quite a bit of time discussing what it was exactly we were looking for. She quickly set us up a MLS portal account account so we could virtually shop for homes, during this time Maggie updated our saved listings with thoughtful information. We contacted Maggie several times during this period to modify our search and direct us to additional neighborhoods. When we arrived in LA our number one priority was to find a home, Maggie blocked of several hours over consecutive days so that we could see every property on our list.
