As a native Houstonian and a proud Katy resident since 2003, Maggie LaRotta brings nearly two decades of local real estate experience and a lifetime of community connection to every client relationship. Throughout her career, she’s built a reputation for being  knowledgeable, reliable and someone you can trust while consistently selling millions of dollars in real estate volume every year.

Before real estate, Maggie dedicated 28 years to education—teaching in Houston ISD, Fort Bend ISD, and spending 23 years in Katy ISD. With a Master’s degree in Education and a heart for helping others, she’s a natural when it comes to guiding clients through major life decisions with patience, insight, and support.

In addition to her work in real estate, Maggie is also the proud owner of Cottage Charm Katy, a charming events venue in historic Old Towne Katy that reflects her passion for community and celebration.

Fluent in Spanish and deeply rooted in the Houston area, Maggie connects effortlessly with a wide range of clients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, catching Broadway shows or a symphony performance. She cherishes trips to visit her son in Chicago and spending time with her grandbaby in Austin.
