Maggie Salazar

A lifetime resident of Miami and a Realtor for nearly a decade, Maggie Salazar is intimately connected with the economics, lifestyle, and culture of the booming Southwest Florida market. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury and pre-construction real estate throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with a focus on Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, and Kendall.

A graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA in Marketing and Accounting and later an MBA, Maggie spent several decades of her career in various business roles all over the country – accounting, auditing, financial management, health care consulting, and construction, to name a few. Her research and data-driven foundation in those sectors not only enhances her ability to make solid, dependable recommendations but also contributes to her commitment to facilitating ethical transactions and maintaining absolute privacy for all of her clients. Additionally, Maggie’s relocations throughout her career begot several renovation and construction projects for medical facilities and personal homes in which she herself was the construction manager. These projects trained her eye to easily envision and maximize space within its existing square footage, a skill she uses as a real estate advisor to help her clients understand the potential of their future homes.

Her husband, a radiation oncologist, professor, and chairman from various universities has spent much of his career teaching all over the world, affording both Maggie and him a worldwide circle of close friends with whom they keep touch regularly. She has also kept in close contact with her long-time classmates from high school and the University of Miami in Coral Gables.

Maggie leans into the vibrant Miami lifestyle during her off time, hanging out with friends and family enjoying the vast food and entertainment scene. She enjoys doing Pilates and spin classes, as well as spending quality time with her grandkids and her dogs. She is also an Ambassador for the Global Lyme Alliance. Maggie was born in Santa Clara, Cuba, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
