Mallory Goorley is a third-generation realtor based in Covington, Louisiana, with deep ties to the community. As a fourth-generation resident of Covington, she has spent her entire life immersed in real estate, following in the footsteps of her mother, grandmother, aunt, and cousins, all of whom have had successful careers in the industry. Mallory’s mother, Priscilla Morse, is the long- time Managing Broker of Latter & Blum’s flagship office in Mandeville, while her grandmother, Mrs. Kay Morse, broke new ground as the owner of Re/Max Northlake in Downtown Covington. Together, they are pillars of the St. Tammany Parish real estate community, earning respect not only for their success in production but also for their leadership, mentorship, and dedication to helping new agents thrive. With this rich legacy of real estate excellence, Mallory has inherited a deep understanding of the local market, making her a trusted expert in the area. She is proud to continue the Morse family's iconic legacy in St. Tammany Parish real estate.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Mallory was an entrepreneur at heart. After graduating from Louisiana State University, she returned to Covington and opened her own successful business, carving a path among a family of accomplished female real estate brokers. In October 2023, Mallory transitioned from the retail sales business to real estate, following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother. This entrepreneurial background gives her a unique perspective, enabling her to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions while delivering exceptional service to her clients. Mallory’s strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and passion for the real estate industry have contributed to her rapid success, achieving milestones which include multiple Latter & Blum / Compass’ “Million in a Month” awards and facilitating numerous luxury property dealings in the area.
Mallory feels deeply rooted in the Covington community, having attended St. Scholastica Academy and Louisiana State University, where she met her college sweetheart. Together, they chose to raise their family in the same town Mallory has always called home. The Goorleys cherish spending time with family and friends, strengthening their bonds within the community. Mallory’s love for Covington extends beyond her family life and career – she is actively involved in local outreach, overseeing a ministry at her church, volunteering at her children’s schools, and coaching their sports teams.
