Mallory Kridler

I am Mallory Thrash Kridler, a NC REALTOR® with Carolinas Property Group (CPG), a real estate team led by Nick May & Keith Sandman. I help buyers find the right property and move through the process with clarity, not pressure. I spent more than a decade in marketing, communications, and event management before real estate, including corporate communications for a Fortune 500 company and the events and marketing operation at the Charlotte Business Journal. Since 2015 I have worked nearly every seat in a real estate business: transaction coordinator, licensed assistant, event planner, and agent. I also founded Queen City Realty Solutions, where I build the systems that run other agents' businesses. That means the process behind your purchase is organized, documented, and does not depend on anyone remembering to follow up. I live in Charlotte's Plaza Midwood neighborhood with my two dogs, and I spend my free time riding dressage, volunteering, and exploring restaurants, trails, and small towns across the Carolinas.
