"We feel so blessed to have had Malorie guide us through this new experience and to finding our new home. In addition to her vast knowledge of the real estate market and financial side of the process, she was able to quickly understand what we were looking for. It’s like she knew what would work for us better than we did! We started the process with a realtor and feel like we ended it with a friend. Malorie was the absolute best choice!" - The Parks (Dallas Buyer)

"Malorie sold my cutting horse facility after three previous agents had a shot. They were on top of every detail and thought outside of the box to market my property. They were professional, hard working, and enjoyable to work with. I look forward to working with her in the future." - Mr. Williams (Fort Worth Seller)

"Malorie went above and beyond to get the deal done and get the home closed. We had a very lengthy and difficult set of negotiations and challenges, and in each situation, she represented our interests in a really meaningful way. She was also just completely available and committed to our mission. With the market still very competitive, decisions have to be made so quickly and Malorie did a great job balancing, pushing us and being patient with us. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated her detail-oriented approach and her coaching throughout the process." - The Tates (Fort Worth Buyers)

About Malorie
Malorie is a seasoned agent who expertly helps her clients find their dream property—from historic homes to ranches and everything in between. She believes real estate is much more than a transaction: it’s a profound life experience. Malorie’s diverse clientele includes first-time buyers, equestrians, young couples and empty nesters. They all count on Malorie to provide insight and information every step of the way so there are no surprises.

The real estate market can feel anything but calm. Malorie’s composure and attention to detail gives her clients confidence that nothing will be left to chance. She knows how important the ā€œlittle thingsā€ can be in a sale—from planting flowers to helping clients pack to taking care of the furry family members during showings. Malorie will do whatever it takes to make her clients’ lives easier.

She has a particular passion for historic homes and ranches. Malorie lives in a historic district in a 1913 Craftsman home so is intimately aware of the complexities of older homes. And the ranch life is in her blood. She has been riding horses and actively involved in the equestrian community since she was just six years old.
