Having lived in the Boise & Eagle area for over 30 years, she knows & loves the small-town charm and diverse seasons that the Treasure Valley offers. Her vast knowledge of the area, growth, and market trends is paramount.

With over a decade of executive leadership experience in the retail industry and HR Management, Manda is passionate about providing exceptional service to her clients. Manda also had the opportunity to lead multiple Fortune 100 companies through organizational restructures while working as a Business Consultant.

Coming from this high-level background in various leadership roles, her ability to manage complex situations with thorough communication and ease is unparalleled. She has a strong sense of professionalism, integrity and pursues her client’s goals relentlessly. 

In 2021 Manda partnered with Stacey King, to create King & Edge Real Estate. With shared core values, aligned business standards, and a passion for creating strong client relationships - the team’s vision and mission was brought to life. To date the team has closed over $200m in sales and donated over $100,000 to charities in the Treasure Valley.
