About Mandi
Raised in Macon Georgia, Mandi earned a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology and worked in the psychology field for 15+ years, 10 of those years as a Clinical Director in the forensic arena. This experience instilled in her a detailed discipline to her work.

About m&m group: Mandi and Michael Gaddy formed the m&m group in 2012. Michael moved to the Virginia-Highland neighborhood in 1982, and in 1985 purchased his first investment building in Midtown, launching a career in buying, renovating, managing, and selling properties. Prior to transitioning to real estate full-time, Michael led a 20+ year career at various high growth companies in the advertising, healthcare, and technology arenas. A father of two, Michael was highly involved in his childrenā€™s education and the community at large. Though Michael succumbed to a valiant battle with brain cancer in 2021, his spirit and heart for service lives on.
