The Manring family moved to Naples in 1986 which gives them a distinct advantage over the vast majority of realtors in this town. They were fortunate to grow up in Naples while it was still a cozy beach town. This gives them intimate knowledge of all Naples has to offer. I challenge you to find a community or neighborhood they haven’t already helped a client buy and/or sell a property. They service all areas of Southwest Florida including Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Golden Gate Estates, Everglades City & South Ft. Myers.

The entire Manring family is accomplished tennis players. Eric and Tyler were both members of their respective college tennis teams (FSU & Clemson) They are still very active members of their tennis community and feel blessed to give back to the sport that they love. The brothers established the Tom Manring Foundation after patriarch and mentor, Tom, passed away in September of 2012. The Foundation provides a tennis scholarship to Florida Gulf Coast University Men's' Tennis Team each year. To date the Foundation has donated over $150,000 in scholarship money to deserving students athletes.

Eric and Tyler are family based professionals. Eric has three amazing children and Tyler outdid him with a basketball team of five. Their kids are their life outside of work. Naples is an awesome place to raise a family. The community has top rated schools, world class junior sports programs, a booming economy, white sandy beaches with year round sun and endless options for restaurants and shopping. Most importantly we live in a safe community with truly caring neighbors and friends. The Manring Brothers can’t wait to introduce you to all Southwest Florida has to offer.

Tyler relishes in the small details of the real estate profession. He enjoys the listing analytics, the detailed home searches (finding that needle in a haystack), the in-depth marketing campaigns and the negotiating strategies. Most of all, Tyler loves the relationship building that comes with sharing long hours together with a client. Tyler is a people person at his core and truly loves to help others. These characteristics serve him well as a realtor because he is fiercely loyal and is always looking to serve his clients’ best interest first and foremost.

Eric is not only a real estate advisor but also a real estate investor himself. Since he purchased his first home for $150,000 in Naples back in 2002, he’s personally bought and sold over 20 properties in the local market. His true passion outside of helping his clients is flipping properties. He has a knack for finding the right property, at the right price in the right neighborhood…but more importantly he has the vision to see future value. This knowledge is crucial in helping buyers and sellers who need trusted experience with renovations, contractors, repairs, vendors, etc.
