Manuel was born in South America, Peru to be precise, but moved to Los Angeles when he was 7 years old. He was raised in Pasadena, a city surrounded by rich historic properties and beautiful scenery. He graduated with a degree in Psychology from UC Riverside and has called West Hollywood home for the past 13 years.
His psychology degree allows him to relate to all types of people- he understands all clients are different and, therefore, have different needs. At the end of the day, he aims to exceed all their expectations. Manuel wants to be your real estate advisor for a lifetime, not just one transaction.

Psy-Fi is his favorite genre! And don’t get him started on UFOs, extraterrestrial life, or the mysteries of spacetime.
Manuel is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, the Democratic party, and the local tennis and dodgeball sports leagues. He is also a strong supporter of the Human Rights Campaign, Active Minds, Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue, GLAAD, and the Hispanic Federation.
