About Mara
Mara is a creative thinker and strategic marketer. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University’s College of Communication and worked with Elad Bushari on a top-producing real estate team prior to Co-Founding Bushari Real Estate in 2008. Mara helped grow the for 10 years, and participated in more than $1 billion in transaction volume. In 2017, Bushari Real Estate was recognized as the fastest growing private real estate in Massachusetts by Inc. 5000. In 2018, Bushari was acquired by Compass, an innovative, technology focused real estate firm with national reach and exceptional client services.

Mara strives to exceed expectations. As Executive Vice President of The Bushari Team at Compass, she is a key facilitator in all team transactions, making the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible for the client.

Mara learned many of her extraordinary organizational and problem-solving skills during her service in the Israeli Defense Forces, where she earned the “President’s Award” for exceptional service. In the military, Mara solidified her abilities to achieve top results in high pressure and time sensitive situations.

In her free time, Mara enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
