Marc Lotzof

Originally from South Africa, Marc moved to Texas in 1978 and received a BS in Psychology and Business. He then became a real estate agent in 1985 and an active broker in California since 1988.

Throughout his real estate career, Marc graduated from the Real Estate Institute, became a Certified Real Estate Specialist, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a Certified Relocation Specialist. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, the San Diego Association of Realtors®, the La Jolla Brokers Association (REBA), and the Luxury Properties Division.

As an innovator in the industry for over 31 years, Marc has built a reputation in the luxury market, defining perceived value and exclusivity, while demonstrating superb attention to detail.
