About Marc Oliver
Marc is proud to be part of Top Producer Carlo Dipasquale's Team.
Born and raised in Germany, he obtained a BA in Marketing and Sales while pursuing a corporate management career for several years before switching gears entirely by moving to the US and embarking on an entrepreneurial journey
as a commercial advertising model, primarily in the luxury lifestyle industry. Being represented by some of the top Modeling Agencies in the US, he’s had the privilege to travel to over 30 countries and work with many prestigious brands on their advertising campaigns.
This background shaped his appreciation for cultural diversity, team work and it sharpened his communication skills and his keen eye for design and aesthetics. Crossing over to the luxury real estate business only seemed natural for him.
Marc has lived in NYC and LA for a few years but really fell in love with Miami upon arrival some 15+ years ago and proudly calls it home ever since. He feels very lucky to have witnessed Miami’s incredible growth in the last decade, and has a very special appreciation for the unique lifestyle opportunities and diversity Miami has to offer. Being able to combine a laid back tropical beach feel with the most vibrant metropolitan city amenities right at your fingertips at any given time, truly makes Miami the hottest place to be right now. Marc views it as an honor to apply his humble character and detail-oriented analytical mind to help his clients find their own slice of paradise that suits their individual needs and desires. Outside of work, Marc is a dedicated family man, loves all kinds of water sports, Formula 1 and getting busy as a hobby chef at home.
