About Marc
Marc Shulman’s involvement in real estate began at a very young age as he saw his father and grandfather operate BMJ Realty. His interest in real estate started when his father would take
him to view properties after intramural sports as a child. He learned along the way how to evaluate a property's worth and how to manage his family's portfolio. Marc was also a floor
manager of his family’s catering business, Berger’s Fine Food & Catering, formerly known as Berger Deli located in the Diamond District. He oversaw day to day operations and was in
charge of putting a system in place for the delivery drivers to ensure every order would arrive on time and keep his clients happy.
Marc graduated from Adelphi University majoring in Sports Management with a minor in Business. During his time at Adelphi, Marc took on leadership roles being involved in charities such as Relay For Life and JDRF One Walk. Having been involved in sports his entire life, Marc enjoys staying active and working out. He grew up playing basketball for the Long Island Heat in AAU tournaments all over the east coast, he was also a captain of his varsity basketball and football teams. In his spare time, Marc enjoys cooking, boxing and is a passionate fisherman.
