About Marcia
Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, I attended Northeastern University in Boston before moving to Colorado in 1983. I happily reside in Boulder between the Mapleton and Newlands neighborhoods, a location that offers both peaceful, tree-lined streets and a short stroll to downtown Pearl Street and Mt Sanitas. It has been a privilege to raise my three children here, and though they are now grown, I stay up-to-date on all the local schools.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1996, and am experienced in re-sales, new home sales, and investment properties. I own several rental properties, and I just love the investment side of real estate.

Most of my clientele are repeat buyers and sellers or originate from past client referrals. This is a true reflection of how I conduct my business: with my client’s best interests at heart.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in the restaurant industry, and the philosophy of genuine hospitality and putting my clients first became my guiding light. I advise my clients like I would my family: with integrity, professionalism, and true expertise. I love the industry and will happily talk real estate to everyone and anyone - please pick my brain!

Now I'm thrilled to work with my daughter, Lauren, who lives in Denver. Lauren grew up in Boulder, and with a mom as a REALTOR® and a dad as a home builder, she grew up in the housing industry—listening to calls, walking around construction sites, and attending showings. She provides fresh eyes to the industry and is always looking for ways to implement new tools, utilize technology, and improve processes to serve clients efficiently.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dog, playing pickleball, and dining at all the amazing Boulder restaurants. I love experiencing all that our city has to offer.
