Marcia believes it's important to be understanding and tactful when helping people in buying or selling a home, one of the most important decisions they will ever make. Marcia says "This can be a very emotional time in someone's life. Clients often tell me they're stressed, but I try to make the experience smooth and remind them that it can also be very exciting to find a new home or get your asking price."
Marcia feels she has a dream job. Not only does she get to walk around the city and look at the beautiful buildings and apartments; she finds great reward in matching special people with a place they'll love calling home. Having excelled in customer service and as a business manager responsible for all details and operations of a busy office, Marcia prides herself on the extreme dedication, attention to detail, hard work ethic, and honest advice she delivers to every client.
Originally from Brazil where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business, Marcia moved to New York City over 25 years ago. Having lived in many neighborhoods, she has gained extensive knowledge which she enjoys sharing with clients, to find their perfect fit. "Every area is so different as if you are transported from one small country to another!"
She is fascinated by real estate, architecture, and design, and inspired by art, fashion, and music. Marcia also enjoys tennis, formula 1, soccer, basketball, and most of all, entertaining friends and loved ones in her home.
