About Marcie
Marcie graduated from UT years ago, then returned to Austin in 1998. After college Marcie had a successful career as a television news photographer for 10 years, then pursued a career in elementary education for over 20 years.
Marcie acquired her realtor's license in 2014. By then, she and her husband had already bought and managed multiple investment properties in Austin. Becoming a real estate agent was a natural transition for Marcie because she loves searching, showing, and negotiating for properties that are just the right fit! Marcie enjoys helping people with their real estate needs. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and she makes the experience a positive one! She works to educate and guide her clients from contract to close. Clear and consistent communication is vital. She listens to the needs and wants of her clients every step of the way. Marcie has multiple designations including negotiation expert, price strategy adviser, accredited buyer rep, and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
Marcie enjoys live music, art festivals, and sports! She and her husband, Jason, love to travel - especially to visit their daughter in NYC or to hike & relax in Sedona, AZ where they have two other investment properties.
