About Marco
Hi, I’m Marco Navicello. I’m part of the Bonafede Team at Compass, where I guide buyers and
sellers with knowledge, energy, and a client first mindset. My goal is to make every transaction
smooth and successful.
I began my real estate journey in Italy, working in the downtown area of a large city right out of
college. With a background in surveyor school and sales training, I learned quickly that success
comes from resilience, confidence, and truly understanding people’s needs. Cold calling and
door knocking shaped the work ethic and communication skills I still rely on today.
After moving to the United States, I worked in fine dining hospitality, where I strengthened my
service, communication, and relationship building skills. I focus my business in the Santa Clara
and Santa Cruz areas and joined SCCAOR at the beginning of 2025.
