Marcos Ayash

Real estate has been part of Marcos Ayash’s family for generations. Growing up in Barcelona, Spain, he developed an early understanding of real estate investment, buying, and selling through his mother’s family, which was deeply involved in the industry.

Today, Marcos is a Miami-based real estate advisor with Compass, specializing in residential, commercial, and investment opportunities throughout South Florida. Drawing from his experience in real estate investments, renovations, and property analysis, he helps clients identify opportunities that align with their individual goals.

Having grown up as an athlete and played competitive soccer in California, Marcos also believes strongly in giving back to his community. He has supported athletic activities for individuals with disabilities, coached youth soccer, and participated in Yehudi, a networking organization for young Jewish professionals.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, Marcos enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. His international perspective, local market knowledge, and commitment to his clients allow him to provide a personalized approach to every real estate transaction.
