About Daniel
Daniel Hill is a licensed REALTOR® representing sellers and buyers throughout Central Texas. He works with Jeff Hill, Lisa Hill, and his wife Rachel Scherr-Hill.
Daniel provides excellent real estate services with a vast knowledge of the Central Texas region and a commitment to go the extra mile. Daniel strives to keep his clients informed throughout the process, anticipate a wide variety of needs, and be an indispensable resource. He loves working in Austin, but his experience also extends to several surrounding cities, including Wimberley, Spicewood, Elgin, Lockhart, Buda, and Kyle.
Daniel is a 4th generation Austinite and a 2nd generation REALTOR®. He graduated from The University of Texas in 2009 with a B.A. in Radio-Television-Film. Before becoming a real estate professional, Daniel owned his own freelance video business and worked as a director and producer of short films and commercial videos. In 2011, he partnered with Realty Austin to produce over thirty videos showcasing different neighborhoods in and around Austin, which was an excellent way to become more familiar with all the wonderful pocket communities.
When Daniel isn’t working, he enjoys trail running and hiking throughout the country with his running mate, Sidney (an energetic Aussie Mix), and spending time with his wife Rachel, family, and friends
