Marcus has represented over 500 individuals and families in the last 15+ years as a licensed California real estate broker.

As past Vice-President and director on the Laguna Board of Realtors®, and as past President of Laguna Beach SchoolPower, Marcus maintains a very strong presence in the local Laguna community.

Prior career experience in commercial real estate, architecture, construction, and development has laid a strong foundation for residential sales. For over 50 years the Skenderian family has been personally and professionally vested in the Orange County community and has established a reputable name for themselves. Having learned the real estate industry firsthand from his mother Carolyn Skenderian, an agent for over 30 years, and his father Morris, one of Laguna Beach’s most respected architects, family ties have proven to be an important part of Marcus’ business. Marcus, along with his wife Tammy (both Laguna Beach natives), continues to stay vested in the community while raising a family of their own.
