Marcus has represented over 500 individuals and families in the last 15+ years as a licensed California real estate broker.
Each year has brought compounded success, as well as a growing network of resources and grateful clientele. The vast majority of Marcus' business comes from direct referral. As past Vice-President and director on the Laguna Board of Realtors®, and as past President of Laguna Beach SchoolPower, Marcus maintains a very strong presence in the local Laguna community.

Marcus possesses a thorough understanding of both the residential and commercial real estate markets. Prior career experience in commercial real estate, architecture, construction, and development has laid a strong foundation for residential sales. Marcus also has extensive experience in city processing and the entitlement process. His proficiency with this highly complex process, especially in the coastal communities of Orange County, ensures the utmost efficiency and ease in each of his real estate transactions.
For over 50 years the Skenderian family has been personally and professionally vested in the Orange County community and has established a reputable name for themselves. Having learned the real estate industry firsthand from his mother Carolyn Skenderian, an agent for over 30 years, and his father Morris, one of Laguna Beach’s most respected architects, family ties have proven to be an important part of Marcus’ business. Marcus, along with his wife Tammy (both Laguna Beach natives), continues to stay vested in the community while raising a family of their own.
