His value proposition is quite simple – Marcus approaches every transaction from the perspective of his client. It is important for Marcus to understand what motivates one to sell, purchase, lease, or rent a home or investment property and to look beyond the four walls so that they can set goals. Every transaction is completely unique and he learned to be transparent, flexible, and open-minded – yet assertive to deliver the best results possible. Marcus personally shows all of his listings to ensure that all of the property features and information are conveyed to the potential buyers and all questions are answered. Marcus considers himself as a connector, a resource, a confidante, and a creative thinker/problem solver. Strong and open communication is what his clients appreciate and receive when working with him.

He holds a BFA degree from Hunter College where he majored in Photography and Sculpture. In the past, Marcus worked in many creative fields including printing, graphic design, web design, and photography. Prior to his career in real estate, Marcus was a Creative Director for a meeting and event planning company working alongside meeting planners to create high-quality, high-touch meeting and event experiences for their clients. His previous knowledge and experience serve him well in real estate from renovating, staging, and marketing properties, to creating and hosting open house events and delivering personalized client service.
