I am the daughter of a New York City firefighter, a proud mom, avid outdoor enthusiast, art and music lover, and dedicated volunteer. Above all, I’m a committed and passionate real estate advisor who genuinely cares about helping others find their place to call home.

I bring deep personal experience and knowledge to my real estate work. Over the past 34 years, I’ve owned several properties and lived in six unique communities throughout the greater Jacksonville area, including 14 years enjoying the riverfront lifestyle. Today, I’m proud to call the quaint community of Neptune Beach home.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families list and sell homes across San Marco, St. Johns County/St. Augustine, Amelia Island, and along the river and luxury beachfronts of Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties. My peers have affectionately nicknamed me the “Geographical Guru” for my deep understanding of these diverse communities.

Before real estate, I spent 28 years in Jacksonville as a photojournalist, freelance photographer, and fine artist—refining my skill in visual storytelling, which I now apply to presenting properties in their best light. A highlight of that chapter of my life was being nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.

In my free time, I love supporting local businesses in my favorite Atlantic, Neptune Beach, and St. Augustine neighborhoods, planning travel adventures, playing pickleball, attending art openings, and volunteering with the Beaches Sea Turtle Patrol and Jewish Family & Community Services, delivering food to Holocaust survivors.
