"It was always a pleasure working with Kip Barnard as our real estate agent. My husband and I couldn't have been assigned a better agent through our bank. We were first-time home buyers and Kip made the whole process as easy as he could. At our first meeting with him at his office he walked us through the contract of buying a home which was very informative and helpful and gave us an understanding of what would be in our future. He was always available to go look at houses with us and even ones on the fly that we had not previously scheduled to see with him. He is very knowledgable about the market and we trusted and valued his opinions on everything about the process. Born and raised in San Jose, Tamara Barnard has been passionate in serving her clients for over 18 years. Tamara typically serves busy professionals in Silicon Valley including Willow Glen, Campbell, Cambrian, San Jose, Santa Clara, Almaden and Los Gatos.

Tamara was excited to step into the real estate industry 18 years ago through the encouragement of her husband Kip. He had a vision of melding their individual strengths to provide an elevated, well rounded real estate experience. She initially started part-time and even staged all of her and Kip’s listings before realizing how rewarding it was and decided to pursue this career full time. Her experience in the industry and creative eye have been a valuable asset when advising clients how to prepare and improve their homes for the market.
