Margaret Everhard

Meg Everhard is a licensed real estate professional with the Nancy Batchelor Team, the top-producing Compass team in Miami Beach. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Meg grew up on the Venetian Islands and has spent much of her life boating, sailing, and on the water. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Florida International University.

With more than five years of industry experience, including her role as Transaction Coordinator for the Nancy Batchelor Team, Meg has developed extensive knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and the transaction process. Having managed transactions from contract to closing, she brings strong attention to detail and a practical, proactive approach to each deal.

Growing up on the Venetian Islands gives Meg a firsthand understanding of Miami Beach, its waterfront neighborhoods, and the boating lifestyle. She combines that local knowledge with experience in luxury real estate, client service, and marketing to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
