Margaret Kent

A top-producing real estate professional since 1976, Margaret Kent uses a straightforward, easygoing approach to real estate that puts her clients at ease. Her experience and extensive network of contacts combined with her unique background as a legal assistant give her a different perspective from other agents. Her clients are always kept in the loop throughout the entire process to ensure they can make the most informed decision. 

Buying, selling, and investing can be a stressful process, so Margaret does the challenging part for you by looking forward and foreseeing any potential obstacles or challenges. She then leaps into action to smooth out any bumps in the road so you can relax. She listens, understands, and gets results. 

While Margaret got her start in Marin, she relocated to Sonoma County in 1988 and has continued to do business in both counties ever since. She raised her family in the area and formed the esteemed Kent and Sandoval Team with her daughter, Amanda Kent Sandoval. Over the years, the duo has made long-lasting friendships with several of the people they have helped. 

An enthusiastic participant in each client's journey to homeownership, Margaret takes pride in making dreams come true. It's what keeps her motivated. As a compassionate individual, Margaret is also a firm believer in philanthropy and makes a donation to the Children's Miracle Network for every transaction completed.

In her free time, Margaret likes to stay active by taking long walks on the beautiful Marin beaches, hiking along the many trails, or just taking a local pilates class. She can often be found curled up with a good book or spending time with her family in her downtime. Margaret is grateful for her husband, two grown kids, adorable grandchildren, and loyal golden retriever.
