A lifelong resident of Grayson County, Margaret has first-hand knowledge of the north Texas and southern Oklahoma areas. She is passionate about serving her local community and loves the history, character, and beauty of the Texoma area. Margaret's favorite real estate niche is old houses, old buildings, and historic downtowns. Outside of real estate, Margaret plays flute and piccolo in the Sherman Symphony Orchestra and serves as secretary on the board of directors. She also serves on the Downtown Sherman NOW board of directors and is a member of the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors YPN (Young Professional Network) committee. Margaret is a member of the National and Texas Association of Realtors ® and has earned the Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI) and Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) designations.
