Passion drives Margarita to closely listen to her clients’ aims, and to advise, negotiate and advocate until they are accomplished.  As a real estate professional, she is dedicated to those equally passionate in their fields. Her client list includes a major Wall Street rating agency CAO, an S&P 500 company president, a National Academy of Sciences economist and IGO chair, an Officer of the Order of the British Empire, law school professors, and numerous professionals, artists and investors.  Due to her success in the luxury real estate sector, Margarita has received multiple sales awards, including Top 1% Sales Associates Nationwide in a major company.

Margarita developed a keen visual sense during her prior international career in the fashion industry. She believes that when selling, each space benefits from the philosophy of “dress for success”.  Highlighting each property's unique features and expertly curating the interiors through staging, allows the prospective purchasers to project their own visions onto the property.  
 
This business school graduate with distinction, a marketing major, keeps a constant pulse on the market.  Margarita carefully evaluates each property in person and extensive research. Margarita grew up in Europe and Canada before moving to New York, where she lives with her family on the Upper East Side. She speaks English, German, Polish and French, and maintains lifelong interests in art, design and adventure. Throughout her personal and professional life, she traveled, worked and lived in various countries, evoking a desire for that special place one calls home, whether it was short- or long-term, a pied-à-terre or a permanent residence.
